Important Reminder Regarding Unrecycled Plastic Tax for 2024

To all Lamaignere Customs Service clients:

Given the current dates, we find it pertinent to remind you that for shipments to be processed in 2024, the plastic declaration must be issued by a certified entity at the origin, in accordance with current regulations. Additionally, we emphasize that the exporter's plastic declaration is valid only for 2023 (unless otherwise specified by customs).

Any information received from Customs that is of interest will be promptly conveyed to you to ensure the utmost reliability and efficiency in our customs services.
