COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

The LAMAIGNERE whistleblowing channel is a channel through which the company receives and manages the communications or information formulated by its employees, professionals and suppliers or contractors that work with LAMAIGNERE about possible crimes or irregular conduct of which they are aware, contrary to the rules, both external and internal, of LAMAIGNERE included in its protocols and codes of conduct.

Its main purpose is to inform about possible criminal offenses, regulatory breaches, irregularities that result in negative consequences, and in general, issues that involve SERIOUS OR MANIFEST IRREGULARITIES; In this sense, it is recalled that it is not a suggestion box, nor a communication channel for irrelevant facts; neither are issues that can be resolved in other LAMAIGNERE internal communication channels, such as reporting to the managers of the different departments of the company
