Extension of the application on Legislation NIMF 15 for certain shipments of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands

We want to inform about the latest changes that it have been made to Order APA/447/2019 of 12 April, amending Order APA/1076/2018.

As we commented in the news last February, there were updates in the Legislation NIMF 15 for certain shipments from the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, order that establishes the phytosanitary requirements for the import/entry of packaging and pallets of wood in that Autonomous Community.

The new update of the publication of the BOE dictates an extension of up to 6 months, therefore, its compliance will come into effect from 11 October 2019. If you have any questions, our team from the Canary Islands is at your disposal at: laspalmas@lamaignere.com and tenerife@lamaignere.com .
