Pilatus is one of Switzerland’s most renowned aircraft manufacturers and has an international presence in executive aviation, military training, and utility aircraft. The company is especially known for models such as the PC-12 and PC-24 Super Versatile Jet, operated in numerous countries by both civil and institutional clients.
As part of its international production and industrial development strategy, Pilatus is currently carrying out activities in Seville related to aircraft assembly, further strengthening the Andalusian capital’s position as one of the most important aerospace hubs in southern Europe.
In this context, Lamaignere is involved both in managing the international transport of parts and components between Switzerland and Seville—including return major shipments—as well as in logistics operations supporting assembly within Pilatus industrial facilities.
The collaboration includes the receipt, preparation, and supply of materials required to keep the aircraft production line running, through a specialized Lamaignere team dedicated to the project, which will reach 20 people this year working directly on logistics and supply
chain operations linked to Pilatus in Seville.
With this project, Lamaignere reinforces its position as a logistics operator specialized in the aerospace sector, expanding its presence in high value-added international industrial projects and consolidating its ability to integrate into complex supply chains within the aerospace environment.
The Seville-based company has experience in international logistics, air freight, customs, and industrial supply chain management for strategic sectors such as aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, and industrial projects, operating both in Spain and international markets.
“Integration into in-plant aerospace supply chain operations represents a further step in our growth strategy in the aerospace sector and in our ability to deliver high value-added integrated logistics solutions,” Lamaignere’s management stated.
The project developed together with Pilatus also represents a new boost for Seville’s aerospace ecosystem, strengthening the ability of Andalusian logistics companies to participate in international industrial programs with high operational and technical requirements.
With this collaboration, Lamaignere continues to advance its diversification strategy within the international aerospace sector, combining freight forwarding services, industrial logistics, and specialized supply chain management.
