Lamaignere launches the Green Plan 2030, strengthening its commitment to sustainability

Lamaignere proudly announces the launch of its ambitious Green Plan 2030, a strategy that strengthens its commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility.

This plan represents a continuation of efforts aimed at consolidating and further enhancing the actions carried out under the Green Plan 2024, reaffirming Lamaignere’s position as a leader in integrating sustainable practices within the logistics sector in Spain.

100% Fulfillment of the Green Plan 2024 and ISO 14001 Certification

Since the launch of the Green Plan 2024, Lamaignere has successfully implemented a series of key initiatives over the past four years that have laid the groundwork for this new plan. During this period, the company achieved the 10 established initiatives, reaching significant milestones such as planting 200 trees over three years, collecting over 9 tons of waste from Spanish coasts, digitizing documents, incorporating electric vehicles into its fleet, and more. These actions were made possible through the collaboration of all Lamaignere offices in Spain and the support of organizations like Reforesta and Ecomar, which provided guidance for the execution of several initiatives.

For Lamaignere, obtaining the ISO 14001 certification reaffirms its dedication to conducting freight forwarding activities while always respecting the environmental impact generated. This achievement, along with the fulfillment of the 10 measures outlined in the Green Plan 2024, has not only demonstrated the feasibility of integrating sustainable practices within the sector but also created a measurable positive impact on both the environment and local communities.
