The agreement, signed during the ADM Seville 2026 trade fair, strengthens a collaboration of more than ten years between both companies and will enable the development of new opportunities linked to the growth of the aerospace sector in India.
Seville / New Delhi, May 2026.– Lamaignere and the Indian company Continental Carriers Pvt. Ltd. have signed a strategic agreement to create a joint venture aimed at developing specialized logistics services for the aerospace industry in India.
The signing took place during ADM Seville 2026, one of the leading international events for the aeronautical and aerospace sector held in Seville, further consolidating both companies’ commitment to joint growth in a strategic market such as India.
The new joint venture is being launched at a time of strong expansion in the Indian aerospace industry, driven by the growth of component manufacturing, engineering, and supply chains linked to sector companies and major international manufacturers that are strengthening their industrial presence in the Asian country.
The agreement also represents a natural step in the long-standing relationship between Lamaignere and Continental Carriers, companies that have been collaborating for more than ten years on international logistics operations between India and various global markets. With this alliance, Lamaignere reinforces its global positioning in the aerospace sector and continues advancing its growth strategy in high value‑added markets, particularly in Asia and the Americas.
The joint venture will provide specialized logistics solutions for aircraft manufacturers, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, MRO companies, engineering firms, and organizations linked to critical aerospace supply chains.
Continental Carriers will contribute its expertise and operational structure in the Indian market, while Lamaignere will bring its international experience in aerospace logistics, international transport, customs, and the management of complex industrial projects.
“We have been working with Continental Carriers for more than a decade, and this agreement represents a very important strategic step for both companies. India will be one of the major growth hubs of the global aerospace industry in the coming years, and we want to position ourselves from within the market,” said Francisco Herrero, CEO of Lamaignere.
The operation is part of Lamaignere’s international expansion plan in strategic sectors such as aerospace, defense, industrial logistics, and high value‑added international projects.
In recent years, Lamaignere has strengthened its international presence in the aerospace sector by participating in logistics projects linked to aerospace manufacturers and suppliers, as well as expanding its footprint in strategic global markets.
