Antofagasta, recognized as Chile’s mining capital, was the venue for the Women and Mining 2025 Seminar, a key event promoting female participation in the mining industry and its related sectors. Representing Lamaignere Chile, Alejandra Ayala, Controller, and Carolina Avaria, Senior Sales Executive, reaffirmed the company's commitment to gender equality and the empowerment of women leaders in the sector.

The seminar brought together prominent executives, experts, and company representatives, creating a space for dialogue on the challenges and opportunities for women in mining. Discussions covered crucial topics such as workforce inclusion, professional training, and the strategic role of women in an industry historically dominated by men.

Through its participation in APRIMIN, Lamaignere Chile is part of WIA (Women in Action), an initiative aimed at promoting female leadership in the mining industry and strengthening collaboration between companies and suppliers. With initiatives like this, the company continues to foster a more diverse, equitable, and opportunity-rich environment for women in the logistics and mining sectors.
